    5月28日，联合天猫打造的孵化基地项目正式开启招募，计划将在1个月内筛选出20个创业项目，主要涵盖美妆、个护、美容仪器、化妆工具等类目。 


    早在今年4月13日，天猫就已宣布阿里“春雷计划”，将通过扶持中小品牌、帮助外贸工厂转型的方式，孵化1000个年销售额超过千万的新品牌。为推进计划顺利实现，今年天猫将与12个集团建立长线合作机制，打造新品牌孵化基地。其中，合作的日化企业只有两家，外资企业是强生，内资企业则是。

    孵化基地项目是对阿里“春雷计划”的积极响应，与天猫共建，旨在挖掘和培育新品牌。将把17年经营中沉淀的能力All In，赋能入驻项目，而天猫则将利用阿里巴巴经济体各端数据营销能力，助力入驻项目更好更快地发展。  

    按照孵化基地项目的设定，将在公司新大楼的7楼提供专门的孵化空间，成功入选的项目将获得7楼孵化基地工位使用权，同时天猫和也将在产品开发、供应链、渠道、推广、品牌、融资等方面，给予全方位赋能支持。
